TERMS AND CONDITIONS * All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

* Wildwood Floral reserves the right to make floral substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable or are not available for the event. We will use our best efforts to preserve the integrity of the proposed colour scheme & use equivalent flowers. * All hire vases /vessels /tealights /candlesticks remain the property of Wildwood Floral . Damages, breakages & missing items will be invoiced to the client. * The wedding date specified on page 1 is not secure until a 25% booking fee is paid to Wildwood Floral. A receipt will be issued once this booking fee has cleared with the balance to be paid in full one month prior to your event. Payment of this booking fee confirms the acceptance of these general terms. * All booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. *Postponements or cancellations due to Covid/or repeated postponements- any booking fees will be held for a total of 18 months from the original date booked, once passed this date it will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required. Cancellations must be made in writing & for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event, there will be no refund of amounts paid & the Bride & Groom remain obligated to pay any outstanding invoices. * In the event of cancellation as a result of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other similar unforseen circumstances, to the extent feasible, Wildwood Floral may refund any amounts paid, minus the booking fee ( including costs of goods and professional time for design and other professional fees incurred ). * There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items cancelled within 14 days prior to the event. Flowers for those items will be utilised to upgrade the remaining arrangements. Events cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event will require payment of 50% of the total invoice. Events cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event will require payment in full. *In the event of a postponement due to Covid, the booking fee will be held for a total of 18 months from the original date, after which all monies will be forfeited.*Wildwood Floral reserves the right to photograph or use any professional photographs of floral arrangements for promotional material or advertising. *It is the responsibility of the client to liaise with their chosen venue regarding the construction of floral installations & hired items that may cause damage. This includes but is not restricted to open candle flames, , stakes in the ground & hanging installations on existing beams & structures. *The responsibility remains with the client to seek permission on behalf of Wildwood Floral to complete any hanging, suspended or uncommon installation at the event venue. Wildwood Floral will not be held responsible or liable for any instances where work cannot be completed due to lack of permission or safety at the venue. * This email and the information contained in it are private and confidential, you must not disclose, use or share this information. *Wildwood Floral reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without notice.
